La struttura è unica nel suo genere: 12 residenze diffuse, ognuna con caratteristiche differenti e peculiari. A completare il tutto, una piscina, un laboratorio spagirico, un orto botanico. 

Potrete gustare la genuina cucina umbra della struttura e visitare una azienda agricola produttrice di olio extra vergine di oliva e vino.
