Inside the large kitchen of an old farmhouse steeped in history and tradition, you can have the pleasure of being guided in the preparation of the characteristic Umbrian bread, kneading it on the pastry board and rolling it out with a rolling pin. You will be able to bake it in the large fireplace under the embers and then you will be able to taste it at lunchtime or as a snack together with sliced meats and Umbrian wine.
Cooking lesson and tasting
A morning dedicated to the truest Umbrian tradition inside a typical farmhouse surrounded by stories, legends and all the objects of the farmhouse.
A fun cookery lesson on the most famous Umbrian focaccia: 'torta sul panaro'. You will knead the ingredients on the "spianatoia", roll it out with a rolling pin and then bake it over the embers of the fireplace.
At the end you will be the judge of your own taste, tasting it together with cold cuts and a good glass of wine.
