Departure of the tour at 9.30/10.00 a.m.

Cycling through the narrow streets of the fertile Umbrian countryside in the direction of Spello, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, which preserves ancient remains such as the Roman amphitheatre, the villa of mosaics, and the extraordinary historical centre.

The itinerary then continues towards Assisi, the city of Saint Francis, which is reached by cycling around Mount Subasio, amidst the dense vegetation of the park of the same name and small villages that were once castles.

Free lunch.

We set off again, pedalling along the ancient Via di Francesco to return to the starting point around 16:00.
