Together with our mother Doriana we will retrace the ancient tradition of sowing ancient wheat, harvesting it with the scythe and creating the haystack.

We will understand by touch and sight the various stone grindings of organic flours, together we will roll them out with a rolling pin to prepare the various cuts of typical Umbrian pasta, and together with our family we will taste the work with the most important country sauces.
