Since 1982 our hotel has been hosting Italian and foreign guests who wish to visit Umbria, starting from Assisi, to find peace and psycho-physical well-being, discover unspoilt nature, artistic treasures of rare value, typical products and wines, such as Sagrantino di Montefalco and Assisi DOC, famous throughout the world.
We are 3 km from the Basilica of St. Francis, outside the walls of Assisi, surrounded by verdant nature on the slopes of Mount Subasio.
The 36 rooms are of different types, many have views over the splendid Assisi valley and all are cosy and bright.
In our restaurant, Le Viole di Assisi, guests rediscover the pleasures of good food, based on traditional local dishes and cooked with organic and km 0 products. There are many occasions to enjoy appetising and satisfying cuisine, such as Theme Evenings (Some Like Ice Cream, Dinner with Murder, The Farmer's Dinner, ...), Wine and Food Tastings, Cooking Lessons and Cooking Shows.
