This nature reserve has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In this area, one breathes a serene peace and special energy. The experience of sunrise and sunset while enjoying the view over the valley is fantastic to experience. The silence of the night together with the persistent call of the owls also provides a special experience.

You have access to a spacious house with numerous amenities, a large garden with lawn, a large terrace and balcony that provide you with all the space you need to relax in peace and enjoy the beautiful view. You have a direct view of Mount Subasio, where St Francis established his retreat around 1200. You can park right next to the house.

From the house you have direct access to the long-distance footpaths and pilgrimage routes that lead you across the medieval bridge, Ponte Marchetto and the gorge on our estate. The town of Assisi can be reached by car in just fifteen minutes. Cultural history from Etruscan times to Roman times and the Middle Ages is never far away. Umbria is centrally located and cities such as Rome, Perugia and Florence are easily reached by train and car.
